I am not going to hand you a 12-step plan. I am going to sit with you, figure out what is actually going on beneath the surface, and use everything in my toolbox to get you moving.
What I Offer
I do not do complicated packages or cookie-cutter programmes. What I do is show up fully — and work with what is real for you.
A focused, honest conversation — just you and me. No programme, no formula. We work with what's real for you, at a pace that makes sense for where you are.
A 20-minute conversation to see if we're the right fit for each other. Come with a part of you that is willing to receive.
The Process
No fluff. Here is what the journey looks like from first call to coming out the other side.
Book the call. That is it. You do not need a goal statement or to have it figured out. You just need to show up — I will meet you exactly where you are.
Not just what is happening — but what is really happening. Who you are underneath all the roles. What you actually want. What has been quietly affecting the people closest to you. We go there together.
I challenge you when you need it. You sit in the discomfort — I will create the space for you to examine it. This is a joint process: I bring the skills and the sharp eye; you bring the willingness to do the work.
Each session, you walk away with more clarity than you came in with. What you do between sessions is where the real shift happens — and that part belongs to you.
Questions
Yes. 'Not ready' is exactly who I work with. You do not need to have it figured out. You do not need a clear goal. You just need to be willing to have an honest conversation. That is enough to start.
No — quite different. Therapy typically works on healing from the past. Coaching works on where you are right now and where you are going. We work forward, not backward. If I sense you need therapeutic support, I will always be honest about that and point you toward the right resource.
The way it works: one session, one issue — and clients regularly walk out with clarity, a real action step, or an emotional release they were not expecting. If other things surface — and they often do — I will help you map out what to work on next. You leave with movement, every time.
Then I will tell you. Honestly. The discovery call exists precisely for this — I will give you my honest read on whether I think I can genuinely help, and if I cannot, I will tell you that too and point you toward someone who can.
Sessions can be in person or via video call — whichever works best for you.
